today’s breakdown so far. i waited to long after breakfast to go to the gym. i ate 1/2 a banana for a pre-workout snack but was still STARRRVING the entire time i was on the treadmill. i might have a “second lunch” or a snack in another 2 hours since i feel only semi satiated. this whole zone thing is still confusing to me. i know it will get easier and i already feel more energized and totally disinterested in sweets and candy, but the beginnings of this before a routine are so annoying. my tune will change the moment my jeans start feeling looser or someone pays me a “lookin good” compliment. gawd i’m vain.
