Monday night was a mess. I ran 3.5 miles which was awesome, but then came home and didn’t make a proper dinner before heading out to a movie screening with the boyfriend. There I had some wine and several handfuls of popcorn. I mentally remembered to mark down my flex points.
Last night was another night of “Oops did I eat all that?” Thank god I’m back on Weight Watchers. The old me would have been just unconsciously aware of how much I can mindlessly snack. I’m glad that I can indulge when I want to and still get back on track the next day. I missed going to the gym because I had wicked cramps and the power kept going off and on in town (there was some CRAZY wind going on in LA yesterday). So my first weigh in will be pushed back until after Aunt Flo leaves town.
The main question is: I’m practically out of flex points with 2 halloween parties this weekend. I will want to booze and snack a little. how should i do this? How should i plan the rest of my week? What should I eat the day OF these parties to maximize fullness and minimize points eaten?
